Shipping And Delivery Policy
Shipping within India
- Mangalorespice.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by our logistics partners and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the carrier or postal authorities on or before the date mentioned while confirming the order. Delivery of consignments will only be made to the address of the buyer mentioned while placing order. Delivery to alternate address should be clearly indicated while placing order.
- Mangalorespice.com is in no way responsible for any damage to the consignment while in transit.
- While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
- Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations.
- Shipping charges will be waived on orders amounting to Rs 500 and above.
- Shipping charges of Rs. 50 apply if your order value is less than Rs 500.
- For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through reputed domestic courier companies and /or Speedpost only.
- For destinations in non-metro areas or those not served by courier/Speedpost, orders will be shipped by Registered Parcel with tracking facility. Orders below Rs 250.00 on long haul routes will also be shipped by Registered Parcel with tracking facility.
- All items purchased from Mangalorespice.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
International Shipping and Delivery
- We ship to all countries in the world that are covered by Air Mail. Since at present our site is configured to accept orders only from within India, overseas customers are requested to do any one of the following:
- Register on the website and add items to shopping cart, then send an email to speaktous@mangalorespice.com
- Make a list of items that you wish to buy and then email it to speaktous@mangalorespice.com with your name and the country to which they are to be shipped.
- Simply send an email to speaktous@mangalorespice.com with your name and shipping address.
- Our customer service team will contact you and provide you with an estimate of the final cost.
- Payment is to be made by a PayPal link that is emailed once the transaction is finalised. Payment can also be made by International Bank Transfer- bank details are provided on request.
- All overseas transactions are denominated in US dollars.
- All product rates are the same for both international and domestic buyers. Actual shipping charges are added to overseas transactions. A service charge of 10% (subject to a minimum of USD 6) is added to overseas transactions to cover PayPal fees, forex charges and customs paperwork.
- Air Mail parcels take from between 10-25 days to be delivered depending on the destination. An approximate timeline will be provided while finalising the order.
